Refund & Returns Policy
Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at michael@whocheckoutit.com with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it using the provided instructions
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
Exceptions
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at michael@whocheckoutit.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
